During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, a valid email address, and a contact phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify toko69 promptly of any material changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. toko69 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain adequate password security. You agree to notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your Account.
toko69 reserves the right to refuse registration or to suspend an existing Account at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide specific reasons, where it believes there are grounds for concern regarding eligibility, identity, or compliance.
All transactions on the toko69 Platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). toko69 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following verified channels:
Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds are displayed within the Account dashboard at the time of transaction and may be updated periodically without prior notice. Deposits are typically credited within 5–30 minutes during banking hours (WIB). Withdrawals are processed within 1–24 hours following successful KYC verification and are subject to daily and weekly limits as displayed in your Account settings.
All withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the toko69 Account holder. Transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances. toko69 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before releasing withdrawal funds if there are reasonable grounds for identity or fraud concerns.

Odds and markets for sports events, including bandar bola (football bookmaker) markets and mix parlay (accumulator) combinations, are subject to change prior to match kick-off. Odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to that wager. In-play odds fluctuate in real time; accepted in-play bets are settled at the odds confirmed at the moment of acceptance.
The following actions constitute a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:
All content on the toko69 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, data feeds, odds compilations, and interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of toko69 or its licensed content providers. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse-engineered, or publicly displayed without the prior written consent of toko69.
The toko69 brand name, logo, and associated marks are proprietary trademarks. Use of these marks in any commercial context without authorization is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.
toko69 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described therein.
toko69 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulated KYC verification providers, payment processors, and fraud prevention services strictly for the purposes of operating the Platform and complying with applicable legal obligations.

This includes but is not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, interruption of service, or any losses arising from reliance on Platform content.
toko69 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of odds or game results, or the fitness of Services for any particular purpose. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
In no event shall toko69's aggregate liability to any individual player exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
toko69 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has breached this Agreement, engaged in fraudulent conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or its other users.
Upon termination of an Account for reasons attributable to Player misconduct, toko69 reserves the right to withhold the Account balance pending investigation. If misconduct is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in full. Where termination is initiated by toko69 for reasons other than Player fault, any verified balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Players who wish to close their own Account voluntarily may do so by contacting the toko69 support team. Any pending bets at the time of voluntary closure will be settled normally and the resulting balance processed for withdrawal upon request.
toko69 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the change.
